Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Domestic delivery (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, France, Switzerland.

Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): 

We charge a flat rate of € 7.49 per order.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Austria: 9,95 €
France: 12,95 €
Switzerland: 14,95 €

Delivery times

If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 3 – 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 – 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect the goods yourself, we will inform you by e-mail when the goods are ready and when you can collect them. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.

Further details on payment

Payment by invoice is possible from the 2nd order.

The invoice amount must be settled within 14 days in the case of payment on account.

When paying by credit card  your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
